Joe began investing in Real Estate in 2010, but he was no stranger to the Real Estate World.  Joe was a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Lechner Realty Group for three and a half years.  He was an agent during arguably the worst economic conditions for business in the past 50 years.  Joe has no regrets, because the hard lessons he learned will serve him well as an investor.

 Joe Ord is an excellent Real Estate Investor, but he would be nothing without the love and support of his family. Joe was lucky enough to meet his wife, Sanja in 2005 and they were married in February 2006. Sanja, by all accounts, is the brightest of the married couple, yet she whole heartedly supported Joe's decision to leave a cushy job at Boeing and start a new career in Real Estate. Sanja worked at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.  Due to the success of AMOSO Properties Sanja was able to leave her Job at BJC in 2012.  Sanja is currently carrying a 3.3 GPA at Saint Louis University School of Law and has accepted a Patent Law Clerkship with the Simon Law Firm, P.C. in St. Louis.

Joe and Sanja have two daughters.  Allyson Michelle (Ally) who is 6, is a straight talker, like daddy, and makes sure to let her parents know when they are stepping out of line. Ally is the proud Big Sister of Anna Margaret (Annie) who was born April 4th, 2011.
